I see no conflict in the record of Flayle Payne. Apparently your conflict came from looking at Compact Disc #15 Pin#277495. Marilyne, never never believe what you get on a disk or the internet. If you want the real facts put your computer aside and go out digging for the records. I spent 12 years putting together my Payne family book by traveling to courthouses, cemeteries and libraries. I never one time used a fact from the internet. Much of what I have seen by "computer genealogist" is just not true. Norm

I've spent countless hours in courthouses, cemeteries, interviewing elder relatives who were still with us etc. It's important to get your information from first hand "digging" and verify it through collaboration with others who have done the same to be truly sure.
