There is a Joseph Paxton listed in Lurgan Township 860 and 1870 Census Franklin County which is next to the Cumberland County Line? They are attached. I am researching David and John Paxton in Lurgan Township and I am told that Joseph was a cousin by my Great Aunt. I have not been able to confirm anything though. Chris
