Hi my name is Christopher Hann. I joined the list in hopes of learning more about my grandfather's heritage. His name was Wilbur A. Paxton and he lived in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania when he passed. He was married to Betty Vaughn and had 2 children, Linda and Gary. His sister's name is Margaret Paxton who married Herman Willard. My great grandmother's name was Sarah and they grew up in Middle Spring which is on Paxton Run Road, Newburg, Pennsylvania. Unfortunately that is all I have researched so far. I am hoping to look through some documents this weekend to start getting a basic tree started. If anyone has a GED file or any known information on this line of Paxton's, it would be much appreciated.
