Werner, 94 Rex Frederick Werner, 94, of Hendersonville, passed away Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004, in his home. He was the son of the late Max Harrison and Mary Florence Paxton Werner and the husband of the late Isabel Norine Bachler. He was a member of St. James Episcopal Church. He is survived by a son, Frederick Paxton Werner of Sag Harbor, N.Y.; a daughter, Nancy Werner Weber of Hendersonville; two sisters, Patricia Babb of Greenwood, S.C., and Mary Elizabeth Mruzik of Pacific, Mo.; and five grandchildren. No service is planned. Memorials may be made to Four Seasons Hospice, P.O. Box 2395, Hendersonville, N.C. 28793. The family would like to express their gratitude to Spring Arbor for the surpassing care and a special thanks to St. James Episcopal Church.
