Paxton, who died Nov. 19 at age 70. Mr. Paxton was born Feb. 9, 1933, in Marysville, Kan. He served in the Army. He was a truck driver for AED and lived in Portland. In 1992, he married Bonnie Jaggers. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Celia Hofer, Liz Maxwell and Susy Phillips; stepdaughter, Cheryl Salmela; stepsons, Tim Putnam and Mark Putnam; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
