Pleasant, MI Feb. 8, 2004 Thomas R. Paxton April 23, 1942-Feb.5, 2004 Thomas R. Paxton, 61, of Farwell, passed away Thursday, Feb. 5, 2004, in Clare. He was born the son of the late Thomas and Mary Margaret (Reid) Paxton April 23, 1942, in Pittsburgh. He moved to Petoskey in 1943 and graduated from Petoskey High School in 1960. On Dec. 21, 1989, he married Kaye Christopher. Tom is survived by his wife, Kaye; and children, Jennifer and Timothy; his brother, Cleve of Clawson; his sister, Jan of Big Flats, N.Y.; his nephew, Steve of Middletown, VA.; his niece, Dana of Farmington; cousins and friends. Tom was a retired die maker and moved to Farwell from Novi in 1991. He was a member of the Clare Moose Lodge and the Clare Eagles. He liked fishing, music (especially rock and roll), and he was his own unique person. Friends may meet with his family on Monday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home in Clare.
