He was married to Frances E Warden on March 13 1862 at Lebanon MO. December 17 1873 >>Charles January 13 1875 >>Florence August 6 1877 >> >>She remarried on April 4 1881 to Wm Lindsey Jr both of Cooper County. Francis mother is Nancy J. Warden. >> >>John died of a fever and cold which caused him rheumatism and disease of the throat and lungs on or about the 28th or December 1864 in Nashville Tennessee. He alyed all night on the bank of the reiver opposite of Nashville in the state of Tennesee without tent or film. It rained sleeted and snowed on us all night from which John Paxton took cold of which caused his death. Signed Juluis R.
