This book most of us are talking about was written by William McClung Paxton and published by Landmark Print Platte City, MO (LDS microfilm #0467967) and is titled: The Paxtons: We Are One! (Their Origin in Scotland and Their migrations through England and Ireland to the Colony of Pennsylvania, whence they moved South and West, and Found Homes in Many States and Territories.) William McClung Paxton also wrote other Paxton books that I understand is more particular to his line: The Marshall Fmily by W.M. Paxton - ambler, McDowell, Paxton, Taylor - LDS microfilm #0207302 Annals of Platte County, MO by W. M. Paxton - LDs microfilm #1321018 There is also another book, an update of the We Are One Book, published in 1987 I think. The name is on the web page of Frank Paxton's book. So is the author of your book William McClung Paxton or someone else?
