Hi Janet, Thanks for getting back to me. You do live close Your the first person I'n California that I've talked to about the Paxton's. I dont know of the top of my head if the names you gave me are in the book or not. How ever I'll look in my paper work at home. I don't have the book yet, hope to have it in Dec. If I dont find them now I will look in the book for you and geet back and let you know one way or the outher. Have you looked in the Ohio Township information. So meany of the Paxton's started there and went every were from there. I've only been working on my family tree for the last two months, but I was very lucky and been given names from the book to recurch. You know the hard part is that way back in time they did'ent keep records like we do now. Every thing was keep in the family bible's. They new who they were talking about so meany middle names were not put in and the information is very hard to look up and some times these people will not be found for that reason. One good way I've found is Sir names were pass'ed down the line and given as first and middle names. Good luck on you surch. I'll do what I can. Have a great day.
