Hi Linda, The Joseph Paxton I"m speeking of was B. in 1803 - died in 1865. he was from Endland died in the USA. He is noted for the Crystal Palace and lots more. Married Sarah Brown in 1827, and had one dauther, Annie. How ever this dose not sound like the Joseph you are looking for. There are outher Joseph's in are tree I'll see what I can find for you. A good place to look is in History of Preble County, Ohio. A lot of Paxton's went ot Ohio when they came from Ireland. Also the History of Israel township.
