(Underwood) Panama City Beach, Florida formerly of Bay City, Michigan. Joyce J. (Underwood) Paxton, age 73 years, passed away Monday, April 3, 2000 in Florida. She was born in Bay City and moved to Florida from Hale, Michigan in 1993. Mrs. Paxton was a retired cook from Bangor Township Schools and was of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, George Paxton of Panama City Beach, Fl; Two daughters; Nancy Wright of Bay City and Linda Spires of Appleton, WI: Three brothers; Frank, Fred and Alfred Parks, all of Bay City; a sister, Polly Drouin of Traverse City; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Service will be held at a later date in Florida.
