Thomas A. PAXTON was enumerated in New Madrid Co., MO 1880. Some of Thomas' children were William b IL 1866, Isaac b MO 1868 and Ida May b MO 1875. These folks were Native People. Would like to correspond with anyone researching this line or any other Native American PAXTON from MO or AR. I have no information on Caucasian PAXTON folks.
