The McCartney connection to my Paxton's is through Margaret Ann Pettis , who married Loren Paxton. Margaret's grandmother was Sarah Jane McCartney. She was Born at Ohio, in 1831, and married to Andrew Pettis. Their son George Eliza Pettis married to Iva Dunn were Margaret's parents. I have no other information on Sarah.
