He was a loving father and brother. He is survived by two sons, Hal G. Paxton and Raymond G. Paxton; daughters, Patricia A. Paxton and Debra P. Honeycutt; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Doris Thurman, Dorothy King, Betty Curr, Margaret Stewart, and Elizabeth Huber; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 5, 2000 at Oakey's North Chapel. The family will receive friends after the memorial service.
