Searching for information on a Jacob Willsey/Wilsey/Wiltse who may have died of small pox, this according to an entry in Isaac Post's Diary for June 12, 1830, Susquehanna Co., PA. This Jacob is believed to be from New York. "Montrose Hist. Society Diary of Isaac Post: June 12, 1830; sent Henry & George Scott to dig grave for Jacob as he died this morning with smallpox or some other disease equally as bad."
