Mark Kenny was bron Aug 8, 1825, he married Amanda Tewksbury Dec 24, 1825, The had 2 sons Frank and Warren. Frank was 6 years old and Warren 4 when they died of diphtheria in January of 1863, Their mother contracted the same disease and died in November of the same year. Two years later on May 11, 1865, Mark remarried Augusta S. Camp. They remained on the old homstead and their children children were Miles Camp Keeney born November 27, 1866, Winona Sept 22, 1868, Abner Chase Keeney May 18, 1871, Wall Lee Keeney October 12, 1873, and Burton Thomas Keeney July 23, 1875, Mark Keeney acquired large landed estates in Windham Township. On January 27, 1902, he conveyed to George H Brown 57 acres and 15 perches of land on Golden Hill known as the Kelley Place. It was said that Mark Keeney purchased a farm for each of his sons and as Miles was the oldest he received the old homestead. Mark died November 16, 1902 and his wife Augusta June 29, 1911. Miles C Keeney married Allie Whipple of Auburn, November 12, 1890. He was a prominent farmer and held local offices. Their children were Harriette, Mark and Dana. Harriette nver married, She was a school teacher led a very successful life , Mark grafuated for Laceyville High School in 911 and became a author, Dana graduated from hight school in 1917, and married Alfred Hallock had 2 sons James and Benjamin
