Dear Ellen, I believe that this is your Elmyra Avery. There is an article about the Descendants of Stephen Squire (of Nicholson Twp.) in "Lest We Forget" Vol 4 Issue 2 which names her parents as Elijah and Elizabeth Spencer Avery. Also there is an article in Vol. 10 Issue 2 about her son Elijah Stephen Squire of Nicholson Twp. Both articles were written by Rev. Garford Williams.
