Hi Wyoming was created 1842 from Luzerne Co Tunkhannock is was the County Seat one of the early settlers was Zebulon Marcy who settled at Tunkhannock in 1788, The County of Wyoming ws formed out of the Northern part of Luzerne Co. in the autum of 1842.
