I don't have any information on increase Billings III, but there is an article in "Lest WE Forget" newsletter, from the society There in Wyoming Co. It's in 15 September 1989, Vol.9, Number 1, pages 37-38-39. If you want this article , you could write the society, or if you send your snail mail address , I'll make you copies of those 3 pages, but not the whole newsletter, and send them to you.
