I've done quite abit of research in Bradford Co. but never ventured over into Wyoming Co...and but now have 2 families trying to trace in this county. First is a GEORGE BARBER, who was born abt. 1854, around Nicholson I have no access to an 1860 Census as I am in Scotland, but hope to locate him, or others researching the Barber name. Totally unrelated is JOHN HENRY MAY, who most often went by Henry. born in 1833 and according to military records born in Windham. I cannot locate any Mays in the 1830 Luzerne Co. or 1840 Luzerne, or 1850 Wyoming, but hoping to locate his John Henry, or his father, WILLARD MAY, possibly born in England and settled in PA.
