George Lewis Blizzard's parents are David, b. 1838 and Cordelia Jerusha Woolcott, b. 10/22/1842, She is the daughter of Hiram Woolcott, b. 6/4/1807 and Maryanne Boughton, b. 9/6/1819. My great grandparents were Augusta Irene Blizard and James ALiver Foote. Their daughter Katherine Arminda Foote was my grandmother. I don't have much more information than that, but I am happy to share. Do you have any information on the Footes?
