Dear Listers: I am looking for information on Joseph Fitch b. abt 1800 and wife Amy b. about 1806 (according to the 1850 census). They had the following children: Nancy b. 1825 Franklin b. 1827 Rachael b. 1829 Henry b. 1831 Sarah b. 1833 Joseph b. 1836 Martha b. 1837 Caroline b. 1838 Hannah b. 1840 George b. 1842 Catharine b. 1844 Charles b. 1846 C. Lafrance? b. 1844 J. Bruce? b. 1846 I can not locate this family in 1860. >From researching the 1840 and 1830 census, I believe Joseph is the son of Gideon Fitch b. about 1771 in CT and Clarissa?? I am also guessing that Joseph and Amy may have died before 1860 and may be buried in the Fitch Cemetery??? What was Amy's maiden name?? Sure would love to hear from someone! Karen
