He said he was tracing his family from Wyoming County, Pennsylvania. His father’s name is Griffin Varnum Reynolds, born 1912, son of Leo Norman Reynolds who died about 1942, son of Joseph Reynolds. He said that’s all he had. He would like to find out where Joseph came from. Joseph and Leo are buried in Nicholson, Pennsylvania. As far as he knows, each was an only son. There were sisters but he doesn’t have any information. The e-mail address he left (griff50@epix.net) on this posting is no longer valid. I believe I can help Griffin with some of the information he is looking for. If anyone knows how to contact Griffin, please let me know. Thank you. Harold Robinson Gettysburg, PA

It has been well worth the price. Also puchased the census. 1920 is indexed and they are working on 1930 census and that is indexed by every. name I purchased the 1880 census from LDS it is fully indexed by every name cost $49.95. The 1900 census is fully indexed on Family Tree Maker and that has been worth the price. Have not signed up for the rest of their site as I do not like what they have done selling the information given them. Ancestry does not do that. Have you tried Gendex? It is free and have found single women through their marriages.

He said that you had given him many pages on the Sicklers. My line is from Jacob who moved to Falls. My Great Grandfather was Perry Sickler who married Abigal Fitch. My Grandfather was Arthur who married Elizabeth Price. My mother was Pearl Sickler who married John MaGee. I have a lot of history of Sicklers from Granddaughter of Wilson Sickler. I had hoped to go to Beekman this summer and do a little looking in cemetery. The history I have not mention my two sister nor myself. Also does not mention Bertha sister of Arthur. She left Pa. and went to south new Berlin NY. Married Hiram Sargeant. If you would like you can contact me at otego@usadatanet.net. Thank you for answering. Alethea Nichols

Rich, I was told that my first name is very likey in honor of Grace Sickler's people as LAURENCE is a common SICKER name. Would you mind keeping an eye out for SICKLER people for me so I might ask about the name and perhaps find someone who has a photo of Grace? Thank you. Laurence
Actually there are several in the Exeter Twp. and Falls Twp. area. The house you describe is in Exeter Twp., they were newspaper customers of mine 40 years ago. A son, William, was a classmate. A cousin, Mark, last I knew, was a teacher at Stroudsburg (PA) High School. Still another relative, Larry (Lawrence) Sickler ran a farm on Old State Road, about 1/4 mile north of the junction with PA 292 and 92. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Robin Carpenter" <ANALYTIX@valley.net> To: <PAWYOMIN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, September 18, 2002 3:51 PM Subject: Re: [PAWYOMIN-L] Re: Fitch Cemetery > Hello Sickler Researchers: > There is a Sickler living in Northmoreland Township or in Falls Township > PA, on what is marked on my map as State Road 2007, south of village of > Keelersburg. Hello Sickler Researchers: There is a Sickler living in Northmoreland Township or in Falls Township PA, on what is marked on my map as State Road 2007, south of village of Keelersburg. As I recall it is the first house on the right as you drive north from Route 292. The woman who lives there says her lot (and more area around it) was in the Sickler family from at least a couple of hundred years. There is also a nearby small old cemetery (near intersection of Route 92) with various Sicklers in it. I was not (and am not) researching Sicklers, but happened across this info in other family research. So there it is, in case it helps anyone. Robin At 02:37 PM 9/18/02 EDT, you wrote: >Grace E.
