    1. Re: [PAWESTMO] PAWESTMO Digest, Vol 7, Issue 7
    2. Hi ! Shirley, I see that there is a Joseph Crusan in - Loyalhanna Township - Survey in 1838, 10 acres Index to Landowners & Joiners in the Early land Survey Books, 1769 - 1905, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, by Shirley McQuillls & William Iscrupe, copyright 1983, Southwest Pennsylvania Genealogical Services. My records show that John Crusan was the husband of Mary Teville Irwin (my line). John Crusan b. Oct. 12, 1788 @ Loyalhanna Twp. Westmoreland, PA. A son John Jr. was b. 1815 - d. I am not sure if John & Joseph are related, as I have found almost nothing on John. I am wondering if the surname Duncan is connected to John & Mary Crusan as David, Rebecca & Samuel Duncan are listed living with Joseph Crusan in the below 1850 census. It is noted in 1850 that there was a James Duncan living in the same town of Derry as the Irwin's lived, although everything I have found says that the Crusan's lived mostly in Loylhanna.
