Ruth M. Myers, 85, of Greensburg, died Sunday, June 16, 2002, at the home of her friend. She was born Sept. 21, 1916, in Bittiger, Md., a daughter of the late William and Mary (Hare) Kallfleish. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Myers, on Oct. 19, 1984; two sons, George and John Roebuck; and her adoptive parents, John and Barbara (Weywood) Horan. She was a member of the Church of St. Paul, Greensburg. She is survived by a stepson, Robert J. Myers of Limerick, Maine; a stepdaughter, Helen and her husband, William Stemmler, of Pleasant Unity; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. There will be no public visitation. A private family burial service will be held in the Greensburg Catholic Cemetery, Hempfield Township. The BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., Greensburg, in charge.
