High Sheriff of Westmoreland County, and produced a deed from him to Joseph Cook of Greensburg for a certain plantation and tract of land situate in Salem Twp. containing 200 acres more or less, adjoining lands of William Minor, John Painter, and others on a branch of Turtle Creek, seized and taken in execution as the estate of Alexander Atcheson dec'd at the suit of William Minor, and sold for the sum of L70 10s Pa currency. Acknowledged at an adjoined court of Common Pleas on 03 Feb 1789. Not paid. (-?-) Charged in the Bill: Minor vs. Atcheson administrators.
