What a find! Just received old Cole genealogy book, 40+ pages, 1000+ names, compiled by Mrs. Cordell Jewell sometimes in the early 1950's. Descendents of Conrad Cole (b. 8 Dec 1775) & Mary Deeter (b 17 Oct 1772). Also listed are some descendents of Jacob Cole, believed to be Conrad's brother as "descendants fo both men claimed to be related to eachother", but at the time of compilation, the link was not verified. Route of travel was eastern PA to Northampton County & Westmoreland County to western PA. Settled some time in Westmoreland County. Names are not indexed alphabetically, but if you are at a dead end for a Cole family member I will do look-ups. Amy
