    3. Tracy, There is a connection of the RIEGELL/REIGEL/RIEGLE/RIGGLE family of Becherbach, Pfalz, Bavaria to the RODABAUGH family, when Anna Appolonia Riegel married Henry RODABAUGH in Baerwieler on 16 Jan 1720. These families appear to have come to America together. The family book of the early RIEGELL families ("RIEGELL to RIGGLE", by Carl Riegel and James Reigle) has many RODABAUGH families. Carl and Jim's book shows additional RIGGLE-RODABAUGH marriages in America, which would indicate the families in America have been somewhat connected. Unfortunately, not many of the RIGGLE connected RODABAUGH families traced by Carl and Jim go into the early 1800s. It is known that some RIGGLES moved from Bucks Co, PA and went to Hempfield Twp, Westmoreland Co and some went on to Burrell Twp, Armstrong Co (mine). It is likely your RODABAUGHs did the same. BTW, another spelling shown by Carl and Jim for one branch is ROADBACH. You do know there are multiple entries in the LDS IGI Files and LDS Pedigree Resource Files at the FamilySearch website for those couples. The names and addresses of PRF researchers are also there.
