Hi, searching for Gloria Culpepper (last seen on the lists in 2004) or anyone with STIFFEY/STIFFY/STEFFY/STEFFEY family ties, especially Conrad and Mary CONNER STIFFEY of mostly Westmoreland, but also Armstrong & Indiana Counties in PA.
