Obituary from the Ligonier Echo, March 21, 1952, page 4: Ezra Thomas Clark, former resident of Ligonier, died at 3:15 am Wednesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Morrison Stout, Mt. Pleasant. He was born March 9, 1866. Surviving are the following children: Vance, Monaca; Walter G., William F., John E., Joseph T., Mrs. Flora Weber, all of Ligonier; Mrs. Julia Lemmon, Jeannette; Mrs. Virginia Stout, Mt. Pleasant. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Grimm Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant until noon Thursday when the body was removed to the home of his son, John E. Clark, Fairfield St., Ligonier, where services will be held Saturday, 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. S. Clay Shaffer, pastor of the EUB Church. Interment will be made in the Laurel Mountain Cemetery near Laughlintown. (Laurel Mountain Cemetery is actually Laurel Hill Cemetery) and from the Daily Courier, Conellsville, PA Wednesday, March 19, 1952, page 2 Israel Thomas Clark, 86, died at 3 o'clock this morning at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Stout, on the Hostetler Farm near here where he had made his home for the past six months. He was born at Ligonier and spent most of his life there. Deceased was a retired carpenter and blacksmith. He leaves four sons, Vance of Monaca and Walter G., William F., and John E., all of Ligonier; three daughters, Mrs. Julia Lemmon of Jeannette, Mrs. Flora Weber of Ligonier, and Mrs. (Virginia) Stout; 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The body will be moved from the Grimm Funeral Home at noon Thursday to the home of his son, John E. Clark of 316 North Fairfield Street, Ligonier, where funreal service will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon in charge of Rev. Clay Shaffer.
