Virginia, I have a copy of the Atlas of Westmoreland Co., PA published by A Pomeroy in 1867. It is available through Thomas J. Metzgar RD #2 Box 159 Export, PA 15632. On page 59 is New Florence and St. Clair Twp. I found Bowen and Elliot Woolen Factory on Shannon's Run near the PA Rail Road.
