She was born October 27, 1940 in Washington D.C., a daughter of the late Wilson S. and Evelyn G. Ragland Gregory. Jerry is survived by four daughters, Lynn Robinson and her husband Neal, of Columbus, Pa., Tammy Niebauer and husband Tony, of Girard, April Welsh and her husband Mike, of Erie, and Nikki Milliron and her husband David Schneider, also of Erie; one son, Chris Stancil and wife Diane, of Erie; nine grandchildren, Ryan, Travis, Jebediah, Christopher, Samuel, Zackery, David, Tiffany, and Amber; and one great-granddaughter, Ayla.
