Thursday Nov. 26, 1926 Recent Marriages Manners -- Waltenbaugh A pretty wedding was solemnized at the Presbyterian manse at Titusville, Pa November 10th at 8 o'clock p.m. when Miss Viola Waltenbaugh daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Waltenbaugh, of Tionesta, Forest County, became the bride of Richard H. Manners, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Manners of Marion Center. Rev. Samuel Semple, D. D., officiated. The couple were attended by Mrs. Louis Graff, H. L. Reynolds, Mrs. Amerens Proper and Miss Marie Proper, with little three-year-old Josephine Vigio as flower girl. After the ceremony a wedding supper was served by Mrs. Amerens Proper. Mr. and Mrs. Manners are both graduates of the Western Pennsylvania Institution for the Deaf, Edgewood, Pittsburgh, class of 1922. The couple will reside at Marion Center for the present. ------------------------------------------------------------ Rowan -- Henry Richard A. Rowan of Altoona and Miss Edna May Henry, of Starford, were married at St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church on Saturday by Father James Brady. The groom is employed as a machinist in Altoona. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas McMullen Henry and has been postmistress at Starford. ------------------------------------------------------------- Brink --Wakefield E. B. Wakefield and Miss Edna Brink, both of Brushvalley, were united in marriage at the M. E. parsonage at that place on Wednesday, November 19. both are well known in that section of the county and have many friends who wish them success and prosperity during the coming years. -------------------------------------------------------------- Tanner -- King Edward Tanner and Miss Nellie King both of Homer City were united in Marriage at that place Thursday by Rev. C. H. Rickard. The groom is a son of John Tanner and is employed as a miner. Short of Bolivar and Miss Carrie Hysong of Lockport were united in marriage in Blairsville on Saturday by Justice William M. Hosack. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Short and the bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carrie Hysong. (Should read Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. and Lurie J.
