Looking for further info on Peter Miller born c1740 in Wales, to US as young man, settled near Phila., apparantly lived in Lancaster Co., md. Catherine Rhodes c1762 and afterward moved to Westmoreland Co. and was killed 1777/8 in Rev. War. Some of the orphaned children (at least Isaac and maybe Jacob and John) were adopted by John McKibben who moved to Bourbon Co., Ky. c1786. Son, Abraham, was adopted by Oliver Heavenhill who moved to Jefferson/Nelson Co., Ky. by 1782. Can anyone tell me where any of these, i.e. Peter Miller, John McKibben or Oliver Heavenhill, were located in Lancaster or Westmoreland Cos.? Could this Peter Miller be the one on tax lists in Warrick Twp., Lancaster Co. in early 1770's? Son, Abraham born 1774, supposedly was born in Lancaster Co. Art Miller, Louisville
