To Janet Warter--Westmoreland County Land Book, My gt gt granfather William Edmund Bowen owned a Woolen Milll south of New Florence,in the year 1850-60. It was named "Bowen and Elliott Woolen Mill". I would like to know when it was purchased and when sold. He died in 1975, The Elliott was a son-in-law. Thank you Virginia
