Hello Ellen and List: I doubt if that John Milliron of Maryland is directly related to the Milliron family of Westmoreland. He could possibly be a nephew or distant cousin to the Westmoreland patriarch, Jakob, but we don't know anything about Jakob's relatives except for his brother Nicholas, who accompanied him to America.
