    1. Re: [PAWESTMO-L] WESTMORELAND COUNTY LAND BOOK
    2. Hi Shirley, I was wondering if you had any information on Williams? My GG Grandfather settled in Latrobe and had purchased a lot of property. He even bought the property for the Holy Family church in Latrobe. I am not sure of the date he settled, but was involved in the early formation of the town back around 1850. I have tried to go and look at some of his properties, with no success. Where would I be able to find information on his properties? I know that he owned a farm and a home that was at 345 Depot Street, Latrobe, PA. It was the family homestead according to a article that I have indicating it was built in 1875. Later the property became the Dutch Club and it was torn down in 1980. I had always wished that I had seen it because my GG Grandfather David Williams actually built this. His son, Vincent also lived here later in life with his wife. He was a reputable attorney in Latrobe and the Solicitor. I think there are other properties that he owned and I think he even owned property to the Latrobe Airport, because in the late 1960's, I remember my Mother getting an inheritance on the sale of property. Where could I find information to actually go see property that was owned by him at one time? Mary Ellen
