    3. Are there any other ROBINSON researchers out there? I'm interested in the family of Thomas ROBINSON in Rostraver township because several of them were buried in Leger Cemetery along with my Archibald N. Robinson (1804-1884) and his daughter Martha Robinson MITCHELL (1848-1884) I've found this family in Rostraver township in the census records for 1850, 1860, 1870, 1880. In the earlier years (1850 and 1860) there were 3 women (sisters) living together - Nancy, Elizabeth, and Mary - next door to Thomas and his family (wife Achsah and children Alexander, Patterson, Oliver, James, Martha, Mary, Harriet). In 1870 they were in 3 adjacent households: Elizabeth, Alex and James were living together; Martha had married Henry Bear; and Pat had married (I suppose) Eliza and had 2 small children - Howard and Clara. In 1880, Alex, James, and Thomas were living with Martha and her husband Henry. Oliver(55) was married to Catherine(35) and had 3 sons - William, James, and John. I would like to know how my Archibald fits into this family and who his parents and siblings were. Was he an older brother of all these siblings? Where was their property in Rostraver township? Anyone know? I hope someone else is familiar with this family. 3. Hi Marilyn Hesse, In 1778 Andrew ROBINSON patented a farm along what is now rt 136 lying in Rostraver Twp, Westmoreland Co and Elizabeth Twp, Allegheny Co., PA. They could be buried in either Salem Baptist Cemetery, Rostraver Twp or Round Hill Presbyteran Cemetery in Elizabeth Twp. Archibald N. and Thomas could be the sons of Andrew ROBINSON. I think you will have to go back to the 1790, 1800. 1810, 1820 census to follow the paper trail. Raymond D.
