Diane, You might also try calling the Westmoreland County Courthouse in Greensburg Pa. That is where I found my ggrandfather's records. I'm sorry that I don't have the number, but information should have it. Just ask for the Office of the Registrar of Wills, and they should be able to help, you might also have to try Alleghany County, since a lot of times people thought they would have to go to the bigger cities to apply for citizenship, Jill
