    3. I have ran across the same situation on Bibles and family photographs. It amazes me that family's let these things go to auctions and thrift stores. I have a funeral record of a man who married my grandmother (second husband) and tryed to find someone in his family who might want it, so far no one has replyed to my offer. One of these days maybe someone will get interested and reply. My thought is if it gets to the point of being in an auction or antique shop, no one wanted it to start with, or the survivor was the last of the line. At least you have posted this online, and maybe one of these days someone will see it and possibily want it. I just wanted to say that this was bought at the family auction, so apparently no one in the family wanted it. I do not advocate selling off family heirlooms and as some of you may know I helped re unite a family Bible with the family it belonged to earlier this year. I guess I should have said how I came to acquire this book. Dawne ==== PAWESTMO Mailing List ====
