Hello, I have been "trying" to trace my White family of Mount Pleasant, Westmoreland Co., Pa. for some time now. I recently located my Great-Great-Grandmother's maiden name "Dietz" . The 1850 census lists the family as: Joseph White, 65 Mary 50 (This would be Mary Dietz) Susan 10 (married David Cole) Lucinda 8 (married Ezekiel Nelson of Illinois) Mary A. 17 (married Jesse Edward Newill) Barbary Deeds 70 Sally " 42 Eve " 35 I would like to find someone who may know something about the Dietz (Deeds, Deets) family of Mount Pleasant, or who might be able to give me a direction to go in search of them.
