    1. Re: [PAWESTMO] Death certificates and marriage certificates
    2. Hi, Her full name was Ellen Cummins Williams from Latrobe. She was married to David Williams and settled in Latrobe sometime around 1850. Articles also refer to the spelling of her maiden name as Cummings, but my Irish cousin and I believe that it should be Cummins. She was born in 1820 in Waterford County. She belonged to the St. Vincent Abbey in Latrobe. Articles indicate that she died 6/3/1882. We do not know where she and David were married. They raised 10 children in Latrobe, PA. I can't get any further information on her. I know that she is buried in section A of St. Mary's Cemetery, but Holy Family Church was not built until sometime after she died. That means that the only church she and my GG Grandfather could have belonged to was St. Vincent's in Latrobe. Any help anyone can provide for me is appreciated. I just need clarification of the date of birth and what parish/county did she come from in Ireland. This will help me go over to Ireland and do research going backwards. I have been lucky to go backwards on her husband. Thanks, Mary Ellen **************Gas prices getting you down? Search AOL Autos for fuel-efficient used cars. 3. Holy Family was started in 1853. If your David Williams was a contractor for the railroad, he donated the land that Holy Family stands on. Their website is http://www.holyfamilylatrobe.org/about.html I would try them for information on your family.
