Why don't you just call the courthouse for what you need? Patty Duff is terrific in the marriage dept and she surely could direct you to the dept that you need. Marriage lic and recorder of deeds are all ready on line as is civil court. They also have delayed deaths and births in Pattys dept. She is so nice and terrific at helping out.
