Hi all, The Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission has made available the 1850 Agricultural Census for Pennsylvania. http://www.phmc.state.pa.us on the right hand side under Calendar of Events, Recent Web updates, they will see 1850 Agricultural Census. Look at the "Manuscript Data" for shows the actual census. Nathan
Do you think we can read anything into the order of the names? If we can place a few names in a specific location, can we deduce the location of other farms along the roads? I would love to pin down where they are located. Also, my gggrandfather shows up on page 10 - John J Bear. Any idea why that group seem to be tacked on a the end? I think this is a great resource to add depth the lives of our ancestors.
