Linda, A few years ago I hired a researcher. I contacted the Westmoreland County Historical Society and they referred me to one. She was terrific and very reasonable. I used her for a couple of different assignments and was extremely satisfied both times. I can't locate my file right now to give you her name. I'm sure her name was Karen and I think her last name was Fitzpatrick, but I'm not sure. In any event, the historical society should be able to help you.
