Thanks to everyone for straightening out all the names of the town. It gets confusing. I was actually fleshing out the descendents of Jacob and Mariah Grimm Hull. One of their daughters, Catherine, married a Whitaker/Whitaker (haven't been able to find his first name yet - James maybe since she named her first son that?). Her daughter, Mariah Jane 'Mina' Whitaker married Joseph Carrick and the person I am doing this for is one of their descendents. On the 1900 U S census, she reports being a widow, married 14 years, having had 4 children, 3 living which would have made her marriage date to Whitaker/Whittaker about 1885. Dawn, I don't find a Joseph Hull listed in Jacob and Mariah's descendents. 1900 census she reports having 11 with 7 living and in 1910 she reports having 5 with 5 living. Another mystery.
