When I checked to see if they (Footnote) have the pension papers for one that I all ready had, the only thing that came up was his index card and nothing on his pension papers. Some days i'm not the sharpest, but is that what you would click on to get his papers, or maybe it is just that they haven't scanned his yet. In fact the index cards for the other ones that I have were the only thing that came up for that person, when I looked through the civil war section.
