I remember reading about recruiters going to European small towns and signing up several men as laborers.. Perhaps several families left at the same time for the same place. I didn't follow all of William Bell Shoup's 7 children after the 1930 census. His sister married Isaac MARSH. I followed that family until they left the county. I will spend more time on them and see what is available online for the two families. Shirley
