Westmoreland County has Wills for both of these men: James Reed Volume 2, page 006 year=1819 James Reed Volume 2, page 074 year=1822 A call to the Westmoreland County Courthouse, Register of Wills Dept should clarify the cost for copies. You should ask if, in addition to the actual Will, if there are Letters of Administration or an inventory of the Estate at time of death.
