Samuel & Martha Irwin my gggg grandparents resided in Weston, Derry Twp, PA, . Why were there two twp. names , Weston & Derry ? Their children married into local families, Mary Tevill Irwin married John Crusan b. 1788. Resided Loyalhanna Twp. Westmoreland Co. PA. Martha Irwin married Dennis Burns. Resided Derry Township, Westmoreland Co. Pennsylvania. Elizabeth Irwin married Richard Simmins early 1800's. Hugh Irwin Sr. married Jane Simons (Simmins) early 1800's.
